Taste of Abra: Patopat
Made out of diket (glutinous rice), getta (coconut milk), a little bit of sugar and salt wrapped in bulong ti saba (banana leaves) then steamed to perfection! It's not too overly sweet making it the perfect pair for our local ripe mangoes.

When to buy: Available year-round but only in the mornings.
