Widely sold in Bangued by the dozen, these garlicky and vinegary pork sausages are satisfyingly good with KBL - that's an acronym for kamatis (tomatoes), boggoong (fish sauce/paste) and lasona (shallots or small red onions) and best eaten with kinirog nga killaban (fried leftover rice).
